The new consciousness

Consciousness is a complex and multifaceted concept that encompasses various aspects of awareness, perception, and subjective experience. While there isn't a universally agreed-upon definition, consciousness generally refers to the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings, thoughts, sensations, and emotions. It involves the ability to experience and respond to the world around us, as well as to reflect upon and have a sense of self.

Key components of consciousness include:

  1. Awareness: Consciousness involves being cognizant of both internal mental states (such as thoughts, feelings, and desires) and external stimuli from the environment.

  2. Subjectivity: Conscious experience is inherently subjective, meaning that it is unique to each individual. Our perceptions and interpretations of the world are influenced by our personal experiences, beliefs, and biases.

  3. Intentionality: Consciousness is directed towards objects or phenomena, whether they are external entities in the world or internal mental representations.

  4. Self-awareness: Conscious beings have a sense of self, which allows them to recognize themselves as distinct individuals with personal identities, memories, and experiences.

  5. Agency: Consciousness involves a sense of agency or the ability to exert control over one's thoughts, actions, and decisions.

Consciousness is a fundamental aspect of human existence, but it remains one of the most mysterious and least understood phenomena in neuroscience and philosophy. Questions about the nature of consciousness, its origins, and its relationship to the brain and body continue to be topics of active research and debate.

The Naturacend definition of consciousness.
Individually and collectively.

While philosophers and scientists continue to try to define consciousness, the Naturacend definition of consciousness will be:

The foundation of all decisions.
— Sean Li

All decisions that are ever made, require the key components mentioned above. The more inexperienced and limited the consciousness is, the lower the quality of the decisions.

The Naturacend human being is recognized by their ability to apply a Naturacend consciousness to their decision-making process. A consciousness ascended away from power and domination, into a natural ability for empathy, sharing, caring, and compassion.

Through the evolution of human consciousness, several fundamental strategies have been developed to not only ensure the survival of the species but also the survival of individuals and groups. Typically these major survival strategies have emerged when consciousness has made a huge step in evolution. The new Naturacend era marks the latest step in the evolution of human consciousness, and therefore we would expect a new and even more advanced strategy for making decisions, to be available. I believe the pain and suffering that we have seen intensify in the last decades is rooted in a lack of understanding and appliance of this new survival strategy.
