The Transition
You may be reading this blog at this very moment because you are already in a transition in your life. You may recently have broken up with something old and familiar, for reasons that are not completely clear for you yet. When you think about it, it might just have been a feeling. A feeling of unrest. A need for something new. A need for something new that eventually will make you feel… at home. The world you grew up in never really felt like home, and you always knew something else was out there. Something better. And now you are on a journey, trying to find the answers.
Gaining understanding.
- A big step in evolution
So, what does “A big step in evolution” really mean? Let’s first talk about what evolution is. Evolution is expansion, growth, and creation. It is the result of two or more experiences meeting and creating something new. Like a man and a woman create a child. Like two or more people sharing, discussing, and creating new ideas, like you learning from your mistakes and looking for better solutions. Evolution is movement. Evolution is time.
Every now and then there is a measurable ‘step’ in evolution. It is when a new idea is accepted by the majority, it is when a sudden mutation gives a species an advantage, it is when a new child is born or a new revolutionary technology is implemented in society.
Right now, human consciousness has just finished a 20-year step in evolution.
We have left a 5000-year period (The Domipathic era) where power and domination have been the collectively accepted driving force and we have already entered a new period (The Naturacend era) where sharing and caring seem to be the new collective driving force. This will not only have an effect on our societies but in an even more noticeable way, influence our personal lives, how we see ourselves, our role in the universe, the planet, the society, and our relationships.
What has seemed natural before may suddenly seem unnatural now. And as we move forward, more and more of the old way of living and thinking will be challenged.
- It happened before, but never like this.
Every major step in the evolution of the human consciousness previously has taken hundreds, thousands, or tens of thousands of years. That means humans had many generations to slowly adapt. What is unique and important to understand about this step, is that it has taken place within a lifetime! We have not had the benefit of consulting our parents and grandparents. We have not had the benefit of only going through a small part of the step ourselves. This step has therefore not been so much a collective experience but more like a personal experience! And we have no references to lean on for that! To sit and wait for others to take action, for others to change, or for others to take responsibility may therefore now be futile.
The human consciousness has finally developed to a point where we are ready to take individual responsibility. To free ourselves and thereby also discover ourselves. Discover what we were meant to be. Discover what it means to be a “Natural human being”. And discovering that as a natural human being we are meant to be creators.
We are meant to be able to defining our own world, rather than defining the world for others. It is the final step out of Survival of the fittest.
- How to get through quickly and safely.
It is my belief that the best way to get through this transition would be to first try to align to the new consciousness, instead of trying to deal with any challenges in the way we were used to.
In other words, trying to apply power and domination in your decision making process, will most probably create more resistance in your life from now on. Instead, try to be aware of your intentions and goals and evaluate the tools and strategies you are using in the hope of reaching your goal. Try to evaluate what would happen if you change your intention, tools and strategies to sharing and caring. Sharing and caring not only for other people, the planet and other beings. But also for your being. The physical you and the non-physical you!
If this seem hard to grasp, don’t worry. This is a new way of thinking and living. You have very few references from previous in your life. Or simply follow the new natural way of keeping yourself steady on the path you were meant to walk, by simply being aware of your emotions!
The ‘natural human being’ has a built-in guiding system! But in the world you grew up in this was rarely known or talked about. But you got it! The natural guiding system is your emotions!
How to use your emotions as a guiding system
in your decision making processes:
Practice being aware of how you are feeling emotionally as often as you can. Or if you forget it; when you have had just too much resistance or discomfort in your life and have been able to get through it, use that time to reflect on how you felt emotionally during that process.
Your emotions can be put in to scale of Comfort. The lower half is the uncomfortable emotions, and the upper half is the comfortable emotions. Try to place your emotions on to the scale.
If your emotions fits on the lower half, there is a good chance that you have lost your way temporarily and are now struggling down in a ditch. Practice to find your way out by changing the direction you are taken (even if your logical sense or fears tell you to keep going) until you realize you are feeling emotional comfortable in any degree. This is the sign that you now are back up on the road and are walking in the correct direction.
Being on your road, walking with no or very little discomfort and resistance is the natural state you are supposed to have all the time as a Natural human being. In this state of mind you are able to tap into your creative side and you are able to seize the moment and grab the right possibilities and opportunities that present themself for you.
Practice applying sharing and caring for the struggle, the discomfort, the ‘failures’ instead of trying to dominate or control your own emotions. You will grow from the experiences in discomfort. They will give you valuable perspectives in the future. Allow them to happen, but with the knowledge that now you have a very powerful strategy to get through them very quickly with the bonus of gaining wisdom at the same time.
