Accommodation
All accommodation includes:
Water and Drinking water.
Unlimited, High-Speed WiFi (Starlink).
Electricity (220V and 5V phone chargers).
Bedding (Mattresses, Pillow, Duvet, Sheet, Pillow cover, Duvet cover, Winter blanket).
Free parking. When available, free electricity and water for camper vans is included in the parking,
Free use of the common areas in the Retrofit Earthship and the Valley.
When available, grown food from the Greenhouse.
Other:
Transport is not included. But ask the people with cars for carpooling (sharing expenses).
Students and volunteers are expected to do the daily chores (Cleaning and cooking).
Daily chores are typically done before and after meals.
The accommodation must be kept clean (normal use) during the stay, and left clean at the end of the stay, to avoid a cleaning fee of 100 euros.

Dormitory
On the second floor of the Retro Fit Earthship, there is a private dormitory with 6 bunk beds (3 upper and 3 lower).
Each bed has 2 very comfortable mattresses, a full set of bedding, a Power outlet (220V), a Reading light, a bookshelf, a 70-liter storage box under the bed and heavy curtains for privacy.
The upper bunk beds have a ladder at the end of the bed.
The temperature in the room is quite stable around 23c (73f) and only ranges from 18c (64f) to 25c (77f) on the coldest and hottest days of the year.
You might expect to hear other people snoring. So bring earplugs.

Private double bedroom
On the first floor of the Retro Fit Earthship, there is a storage room/bathroom/bedroom with two beds.
Each bed has 2 very comfortable mattresses, a full set of bedding, and a 70-liter storage box under the bed. The bedroom has a lock on the door for privacy during the night (20:00-07:00).
During the day (07:00-14:00), the beds are folded away, and the room is used as a public storage room for tools and materials. Between 15:00 and 18:00 the room is converted into an office with a desk, tripod, table fan, table lamp, and a triple power outlet. then from 18:00 to 20:00 half of the room is used as a public bathroom with a shower.
The temperature in the room is quite stable around 23c (73f) and only ranges from 18c (64f) to 25c (77f) on the coldest and hottest days of the year.
The room has natural light through a round window and a remote control to the lamp on the wall.

A Studio Apartment for 1 person.
Built on an existing ruin. Round cave house built into the ground with a Geodomestic dome with glass windows facing south and up toward the sky on the second floor (bedroom).
Downstairs, a living room/small kitchen/toilet. Floor heating with solar hot water. Cooling with cooling tubes and cross ventilation. Small 120W, 210Ah Solar system for 220V and 5V phone chargers. Rainwater catchment and storage. Grey and Black water solar treatment.
